Haji Mohammed Ismail Ghazanfar (General Director, shareholder and supervisory board member)
Mr. Haji Mohammad Ismail Ghazanfar is an international businessman born in the family of Ghazanfar in Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan. He is one of the main share holder of Ghazanfar Bank and a key person in Ghazanfar Group which is a group of different companies trading worldwide.
Education: He has finished his school from Ghazi Amanullah High School, Mazar-e-Sharif during the years of 1978 – 1990 and graduated from BA in Economics from Balkh University, Mazar-e-Sharif in 1994.

Objectives: To carry out business pursuits with ethical and sound business sense with a desire to see that country’s development remain at forefront.

M. Ashraf Yadgari
Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Yadgari is a member of Supervisory board. He got his Master degree in Economics from Ukraine. He has the experience of working with various government sectors i.e., Ministry of Planning, Statistics department, Ministry of Mines and Industries etc. He remains President of Trade and Finance in Ministry of Planning as well. He is serving Afghanistan as a Professor in Economics in Kabul University while, he remained Deputy of Economics Faculty and Dean of Faculty during the last years. He was Vice Chancellor for administration department of Kabul University. Mr. Yadgari is now performing his duties as a Dean of Faculty of Economics in Kabul University.
He visited different countries during his working tenure to attend seminars and workshops e.g., Russia, India, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Pakistan, Dubai, Arabistan, Indonesia, Philippines, Germany, Hong Kong, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Japan and Jakarta etc. He facilitated different courses like, marketing, management, auditing, industrial economy, enterprise economic basis, Amtea Shenasi etc in various organizations for example, GTZ, Bahar women education center, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Finance etc. he is able to speak different languages e.g., Dari Pashto English and Russian.
Abdul Raoof Gohari
Professor Abdul Raoof Gohari is a member of Supervisory Board of Ghazanfar Bank. He is a very well qualified person and a lecturer in the Kabul University. He got his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kabul University after that in 1985 he successfully got his Master’s degree in the same field of interest from the same University. After that he went to Russia and did his PhD in the year 1992 from Russian Government Finance Academy, Moscow. He knows Dari, Pashto, Russian and Dutch Languages.
Mohammad Osman Ghazanfar
Mr. Mohammad Osman Ghazanfar was born in 1704 (1968) in Aqhcha city. He is graduated from the institute of technicum. He has 15 years experience of doing business and right now he is the chairman of Toranian Company. He is the shareholder and supervisory board member in Ghazanfar bank since the beginning of the bank. His native language is Uzbeki but he knows Dari, Pashto, Russian, English and Hindi as well.
