Personal Loan
To meet personal expenses/exigencies e.g. medical, educational, marriage, family / social functions, travel expenses, payment of tax, honey moon etc., or any other family needs
Requirements
- Permanent confirmed employees (minimum –1- year service) of
Government of Afghanistan or Government in provinces, Local bodies, Banks, Universities, Schools, Educational institutions, Reputed Limited companies / MNCs and Government approved NGOs. - The applicant shall have maintained a satisfactory SB/Current account with our bank or any other bank in Afghanistan for not less than six months.

Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: Age of the borrower + Tenure of loan should be less than or equal to the retirement age of the borrower.
Interest:
Tentatively 12% with monthly rest
Penal interest at 2% p.a. on the overdue amount, in case of non-payment or delayed payment of installments.
Repayment Schedule:
Up to 60 months in Equated Monthly Installments (EMI). First installment to commence one month after disbursement of the loan
Processing Charges
As per service charges schedule, to be paid up-front at the time of disbursement.
Security:
- Undertaking from the employer of the borrower to the effect that they will deduct the installment amount from the salary of the borrower every month and remit to the bank directly to the credit of the concerned loan account.
- Personal guarantee from a person having satisfactory networth to the effect that he/she will repay the dues of the borrower to the bank, in case the bank
